Martin J. O'Connell is an
attorney licensed in Ohio with experience in health care, litigation and labor & employment law.
He has provided counsel to municipalities, government
entities, businesses, health care organizations, schools and professionals.
He is a member of the Ohio State Bar
Association and is admitted to practice
in Ohio, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and
in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
He was formerly a senior executive and consultant in the health care
industry. He worked with the National Health Care practice of Ernst & Young,
and also served on the senior management teams for Catholic Healthcare
Partners, HCA,
HealthTrust, and Quorum-managed hospitals.
Martin J. O'Connell is a magna cum laude graduate of
Cleveland-Marshall
College of Law, Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio. He
served as an editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. Marty also served a
Judicial Externship with The Honorable Patricia A. Gaughan, United States
District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
